Terms of service
OFF-HOUR UK — Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Overview
Welcome to OFF-HOUR UK.
These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which customers may access our website and purchase our products.
Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the partners trading as OFF-HOUR UK.
OFF-HOUR UK is an independent clothing brand operating from England, United Kingdom.
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
2. Our Products
OFF-HOUR UK provides affordable, premium-inspired streetwear.
Our products are currently manufactured to order through a third-party production partner.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, sizing information, colours and photographs.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are not as described.
3. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance.
We may decline an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be processed or a product is unavailable.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.
As our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after acceptance.
However, standard made-to-order clothing is not automatically excluded from UK consumer cancellation rights.
For eligible online purchases, customers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to cancel without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return them.
Products genuinely personalised or made to an individual's specifications may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before customers complete their purchases.
The total payable amount will be displayed at checkout.
We may change product prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
OFF-HOUR UK currently manufactures products after orders are placed.
Our estimated total production and delivery timeframe is 12–21 calendar days, subject to the shipping method and production conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Any specific delivery commitment agreed at checkout will apply.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
OFF-HOUR UK remains responsible for goods until they enter the physical possession of the customer or their nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.
Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
6. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products
Customers may exercise their statutory cancellation rights in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.
Products must be handled with reasonable care when being examined for a change-of-mind return. Lawful deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction if goods do not meet these requirements.
Nothing in these Terms restricts those rights.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Customer Information
Customers agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing orders.
If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with corrections, although changes may not always be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, graphics, logos, clothing designs, photographs and written materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to OFF-HOUR UK.
These materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Customers agree to use our website lawfully.
You must not attempt to compromise website security, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious software or unlawfully interfere with the website's operation.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website uses Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, manufacturing and delivery.
These providers may process information or perform services necessary to fulfil customer orders.
OFF-HOUR UK remains responsible for its contractual obligations to customers.
Links to independent third-party websites may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their independent content or services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
We handle customer personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and shared.
12. Pricing and Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other website information are accurate.
If an error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact the customer or decline the order.
If an error is identified after acceptance, we will seek an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
We will not unilaterally increase the agreed price of an accepted order.
13. Customer Feedback
Customers may voluntarily provide feedback, reviews or suggestions.
By submitting feedback for publication, you grant OFF-HOUR UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display that feedback for legitimate business purposes, including displaying customer reviews and promoting our products.
You must have the necessary rights to submit the content.
We will handle personal information contained in feedback in accordance with applicable data protection law.
14. Product Quality and Statutory Rights
OFF-HOUR UK aims to provide products that meet their descriptions and applicable quality requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits customers' statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We remain responsible for supplying goods in accordance with our contractual and statutory obligations.
We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses for which we are not legally responsible.
This section does not restrict customers' statutory rights.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when purchasing products.
Customers may be responsible for losses directly caused by unlawful conduct or breaches of these Terms where permitted by law.
Customers are not required to compensate OFF-HOUR UK for losses for which they are not legally responsible.
17. Changes to Our Website
We may update our website, product range, prices and services from time to time.
Changes will not remove rights already acquired under accepted orders.
We may temporarily suspend website access for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our operations, services or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce customers' rights under contracts already formed.
19. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
OFF-HOUR UK may transfer contractual rights or obligations where legally permitted, provided customers' statutory and contractual rights are not reduced.
Customers will receive notification where required by law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
